Clearinghouse Sync
We help brands and agencies address music licensing needs before a campaign launches. We can also assess and address any exposures after launch if something was missed by a brand's licensing team. Whichever stage you're at, we secure the rights you need and ensure you can pay the people who own those rights, so nothing is left exposed.
Most of our work happens before a campaign ever needs fixing. We partner directly with brand and agency teams to clear music for commercial use from the earliest planning stages, so licensing is never the thing that holds up a launch or creates risk down the line.
When content is already live, we also secure sync licenses from the publisher(s), composer(s), or their estate(s), and master use licenses from the record label, artist(s), or their estate(s), so both sides are fully cleared. If something isn't worth licensing after the fact, we help you take it down cleanly instead.
Licenses expire. Posts don't.
Someone is owed
payment for their work.
Music that was cleared for a campaign's original term may have remained visible to the public well after the term ended, and content posted without any license at all isn't necessarily unnoticed by rightsholders, either. Rightsholders and their counsel are actively monitoring branded content. Getting ahead of it protects your brand, and more importantly, it means the artists featured in content promoting your brand actually get paid.
Whether you're planning a new campaign or want a second look at what's already live, a short conversation is the best place to start.
